About the project
The major aims of the project are enhancing emplyment possisbilities among people up 25 who are unemployed and acutating thier professional activiness as well as entreprenourship.
The main problem of the young people is low employment rate which results from their low job qualifications or inadequacy of their qualifications to labour market. Young people who graduated have problems with finding job as they lack professional experience which is one of most important conditions of being employed. Lack of work and subsequently financial support, unables young people in their pesuit of qualifications enhancment. Young people present passive attitude and fear of entereing labour market.
Participation in the project guarantees training support helps to adjust qualifications to labour market requirements and allows gaining new work experience, and basic practical skills leading to finding work. Participation in the project also offers psychological and job seeking support that aims at motivating and regaining self-esteem.
Project is being conveyed with transnational partner from Ireland. Work with unemployed is based on the model created with the use of Irish methods of activating unemployed. As a consequence of the cooperation Individual Career Development Plan is created for each Participant. The part of Individual Career Development Plan is to take care of each Participant individually by coach - mentor, from the moment Participant joins the project to the moment he/she is employed.

Aim of the project
Increase of motivation and moving on the labour market skills of 60 unemployed up to 25 years old by implementing Individual Career Plan (IPKZ) during period of time from 1st January 2014 to 30th June 2015.
Recrutiment
We invite to participate in the project people who:
- are registered in local Job Office
- are up to 25 years old, both men and women
- live in Podkarpacie Voidvoidship
